Presentation
Business model innovation is the driver for value creation. This course will cover business model innovation with a practical approach and a focus on the retail industry. Through a series of case analyses, class discussions, and group exercises the course offers the students the opportunity to develop an appreciation of how business models are intertwined with firm's strategy and innovation.
