Goal
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:

•Explain, analyse, and critically evaluate the opportunities and challenges of emerging technologies and digital transformation
•Understand and reflect on the organizational, managerial, and ethical implications related to the rise of emerging technologies
•Assess why, how, and when to launch an innovation project and how to decide on spending resources
•Understand how to strategically innovate in a changing global environment
•Evaluate critically the key strategic innovation choices of organisations
Presentation
Synopsis: How could a business make sense of all these disruptive innovations and new technologies? How could you seize the opportunities and tackle the challenges of digital transformation and the rise of emerging technologies such as blockchain, big data, IoT, automation, and artificial intelligence? How can you ensure that your organization strategically innovate and capture value from innovation in a rapidly changing environment? How can you assess if and when to launch an innovation and how to decide on spending resources accordingly?
