Goal
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
- Find data on the Bloomberg Professional terminal;
- Use Bloomberg analytics;
- Explore market segments;
- Build customized screens;
- Import Bloomberg data from Microsoft Excel.
Presentation
This course starts with an introduction to the Bloomberg Professional terminal. Students learn how to find key data on the Bloomberg terminal and become familiar with Bloomberg analytics. This course then prepares the students to the additional functions and analytics used in investment banking and/or capital markets. Students preprare the Bloomberg Market Concepts certificate as part of the course.
