Goal
Prepare students to relational skills and analytical ability which allow them to be responsible and independent actors in their future double role of technical expert and executive.
Favor the person development because it determines the efficiency, the responsibility and the self-sufficiency; it will consist to develop the self-awareness and self-confidence, the open-mindedness, the knowledge of our wishes and the ability to go with others.

The teaching is organised around 3 interactive fields:
- Philosophy-Humanities: oral and written expressions
- Relational skills
- Methodology, testing; interviews, projects and internships.

Modalités
Forms of instruction
60 hours of interactivities spread on weekly sessions of 2 hours: from September to June.
Groups are composed of 12 to 18 students
Each group will have a supervisor.
