Prerequisite
To follow this module, the student must know the basics of local networks (Ethernet, IP, static routing, TCP-UDP, DHCP, DNS, usual web application protocols, mail, ...).

This module is a deeper insight into the security of systems and networks. It allows to identify threats, risks, to test the vulnerabilities of the systems to the cyber-attacks and the flaws of the information systems.

The training methodology puts practice at the heart of teaching to optimize experience and knowledge.

Orientation is suitable for engineering profiles in the security field.

At the end of the course, the student will:

- Understand the impact and challenges of cyber security
- Understand the threats and practice the main techniques of ethical hacking in order to better understand the impacts
- Know how to protect and secure its systems against cyber crime
Presentation
This module covers the following topics:

- The different vulnerabilities
- The recognition and the scanning (NMAP, NESSUS)
- The exploitation (Metasploit, Armitage, Scapy, etc ...)
- The web technologies (XSS, CSRF, SQL injection)
- The WiFi (WEP, WPA)
- The vulnerabilities of passwords (John The Ripper, Rainbow Table, Hash Dump)
