The course is divided in 10 lectures each taught by Dr. Alessandro Chechi.


All materials (legal instruments, case-law, doctrinal works) that should be read before each class and tutorial will be indicated or, when possible, made available to students.


The lecture will be as much as possible interactive and based of the reading material.
