Prerequisite
In order to follow this course, students need to provide a doctor’s certificate stating that it is safe for them to practise a sport.
Goal
- Encouraging students to practise recreational sport regularly;
- Finding personal balance through sport;
- Understanding the values of sport.
This course develops the following professional skills:
- Developing your personality with an emphasis on values of integrity, open-mindedness, tolerance, and respect;
- Applying “principles” to every action: diligence, autonomy, interdisciplinarity, innovation, inventiveness.
