Conference on Franco-German Polizei/Gendarmerie unity
In 2025, the Lille Catholic University is proud to be taking an active part in the Joli Mois de l’Europe. In addition to its Erasmus+ programme, the University is working alongside the European Union to promote cultural diversity and encourage openness to the world. To celebrate this collaboration, the University is joining forces with other local players to offer you a rich and varied range of events.
The Cologne Lille Erfurt Association (ACLE) was founded in 1990 to promote the twinning of Lille with its two German partner cities, Cologne and Erfurt. ACLE works to strengthen links between the inhabitants of these three cities by offering a variety of cultural activities and exchanges.
As part of the Joli Mois de l’Europe, the University is joining in this initiative by hosting a conference on 22 May on the theme of Franco-German operational unity. This presentation will be given by Captain Bertrand Loubette, who is coming specially from Strasbourg to share his expertise and his vision of this cross-border cooperation.
NB: Please note that it is strictly forbidden to carry weapons within the University.
