Cost of the program
3,450€ including :
- 1,500€ tuition fees : tuition fees, course materials, and ECTS credit transfer
- 1,600€ hospitality package : accommodation in student dorms, meal pass for use in the cafeteria with a 50€ credit, an orientation program, monthly pass for use on Lille transportation system, access to university facilities, fieldtrips to Bruges and Brussels, 5 group dinners, cultural and social activities, and more!
- 350€ administration fees : normally non-refundable after registration

for partner universities and for students attending both session!
How to proceed with the payment?
All participants interested in joining the program must register through our online application platform. Registration opens on February 1, 2025, and the online registration link will be available on the main webpage on the same day.
Once your completed application is verified and approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions. Payments must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via our secure online payment system. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email along with arrival information. Your invitation letter and health insurance certificate (if purchased) will only be available after the payment has been received.
All payments (program fees and/or optional activities) will need to be settled by the respective deadlines, or your participation in the unpaid items will be cancelled:
- ESP1 applications must be completed by April 1, 2025, with payments due by April 10, 2025.
- ESP2 applications must be completed by May 1, 2025, with payments due by May 10, 2025.
The International Relations Office may extend the deadline if necessary. Any updates will be posted on the website.
