Students should have prior experience working in a company, whether as an employee, intern, or apprentice. They must also be able to speak and understand English.
The goal of this course is to understand the motivations and obstacles that can be encountered within a company during the implementation of a software in our example not known.
Through a case study, students will work on the resistance to change across several generations within two teams.
