At the end of the course, the student should be able to :
1. Understand concepts of human behavior relevant in organizations
2. Understand own values, personality, perceptions, and motivations as they relate to influencing and managing behavior in the organization systems
3. Analyze issues associated with the application of OB concepts in various settings
4. Develop greater awareness of ethical factors concerning human behavior in organizations
5. Successfully collaborate within a intercultural team
6. Convey powerful messages using contemporary presentation techniques

During the sessions, the topics “Behaviors at work, emotions, personnality and related concepts, perception and decision-making, motivation, groups/teams, leadership, and conflict” will be explored through class discussions, simulations, case studies, presentations, and other interactive activities.
