This course aims at developing skills that the students will be implementing in Ieseg school projects, during their internships and in their professional life.
Seminars run over 1 day in groups of approximately 12 students.
A variety of activities are offered including individual and group exercises, roleplays, discussions and theoretical concepts. The course requires active participation and a good sense of commitment.
The following topics are covered:
– The importance of framework and values in a team
– Permission, Protection, and Potency: The Three Ps triangle in transactional analysis.
– Basic concepts in interpersonal communication: subjective experience /frame of reference, active listening, paraphrasing, facts-opinions-feelings and « I » message, NVC.
– Basic Concepts for effective chairing/participating In a meeting
– Ken Wilber’s integral vision theory – Belbin – Kurt Lewin: collective intelligence and teamwork.
