Digital Health Law requires increased legal skills in the fields of health, digital technology and data, but also an understanding of the issues inherent in the upheaval of the healthcare system as a whole. This is precisely the purpose of the course. This cross-fertilisation of knowledge and skills offered by the Master’s degree is atypical and is based on the exceptional knowledge of the people involved in this course, which is designed to be ethical, humanistic and agile.
AIMS OF THE PROGRAMME
To enable students to combine knowledge of law, digital technology and health with the interpersonal skills that are essential in a sector marked by innovation.

With its wide range of optional courses, the 1st year of the Master’s programme enables students to build up a tailor-made career path that is truly adapted to their career plans. They deepen and complement their knowledge of general private law while broadening their skills in their chosen speciality.
70% of the teaching staff are practitioners (Heads of institutions, Doctors, Medical experts, Lawyers, Magistrates, University professors, etc.).
In order to meet the needs of companies, administrations, institutions and legal professionals, the ‘Digital Health Law’ Master’s degree aims to train students who will be operational upon graduation. To this end, students will be integrated into this ecosystem using teaching methods such as virtual reality simulation, interaction with the professional world in the codesign workshop, role-playing situations and on-site immersion (PariSanté Campus, Euratechnologie).
