Several Business Ideas.

One of the challenge of the entrepreneur is to make very fast decision with a very limited amount of reliable information. In those situations, entrepreneurs are reporting using rational decision making, but also intuition.
The aim of this course is to understand and practically develop one’s entrepreneurial decision making’s skills.

At the end of the course, the student should be able to understand the current debate about entrepreneurial intuition vs. rational decision making, as well as practically knowing when he/she can trust his/her own decision making processes and how to develop them.

The following questions will be treated :

– The relationship between personality and intuition?
– Training the brain and the “expert intuition”
– How and when entrepreneurs are reporting using their intuition?
– Under which circumstances intuition can be used?
– When analytical reasoning should be used compared to intuition?
– Using grounded theory and conceptualization for better entrepreneurial decision making
– In-depth discussion on the study of cognitive biases in entrepreneurship
– Developing a rational business model
