Have a basic knowledge of what is entrepreneurship and new venture creation more specifically.
– Explain the concept of entrepreneurial team;
– Identify the major issues concerning entrepreneurial teams (including those related to ethics);
– Make informed decisions with regard to entrepreneurial team formation, structuring, and dynamics.
Most new venture failures can be attributed to issues related to the entrepreneurial team and this team is generally considered as a crucial part of a project. This course aims at addressing the main decisions related to entrepreneurial teams in order to contribute anticipating (and hopefully avoiding) major pitfalls. It combines relevant research on the topic with practical exercises and field work.
