Presentation :
Physiotherapy describes all forms of treatment that use active and or passive movements to give or return to a sick or injured patient, the ability to move and function normally in various parts of his body. Acting on medical instruction, the physiotherapist treats patients by the use of massage and body movements. “By massage we mean all manual or mechanical movements carried out in a methodical way on whole or part of the human body, resulting in restoring movement to the tissues or limbs for aesthetic, hygienic or therapeutic ends”.
