At the end of the program, students will be able to
– Have a clear understanding of the main functions of human resources management, such as
o Acquiring employees
o Establishing good relationship with them
o Training and developing them
o Retaining them
o Deal with problems that might develop in the employer-employee relationship
Objectives of the cours
At the end of the course students will be able to have a better understanding of
- the role and the main functions of HR in any organisation
- the key skills needed for HR as well as for any other managerial role
