-The student should be able to have a basic knowledge of People Management and have their own personnal tool box (1:1 and collective brief, motivation brief, project brief and debrief)
– The student should be able to know the basic of shift, plant,stores and werahouse management: how to organise its time, monkey management and manager routines
– The students will be able to share management best practise (manager routine, situational leadership, monkey management etc…)
-Student should know to adapt their management skills via different tool such as “trust management” “process.com” basic principle
-The student will know in detail a amazon fulfillment center (from a lean perspective and operation management perspective)

Timothee Marty is a former student of IESEG in 2003 and currently Operation manager in Amazon Logistics.
this course was created with a single purpose: provide the practical tool box of best practise and easy-to-use knowledge to the people manager wannabees. (with a strong focus on manager personal routines)

day 1: presentation + overview of daily, weekly manager routine and type of meeting used to manage individuals and team
day 2: monkey management + people management practical exercices
day 3: Trust management + people management practical exercices
Day 4: presentation of the logistic organisation in amazon + presentation of a fulfillment center
Day 5: Process.com basic introduction + people management practical exercices
day 6: Introduction on process management (TPM, lean management overview
