At the end of the course, the student should be able to:

– Develop methods and attitudes in order to communicate and work better with various contacts :
colleagues, managers, employees, contributors, suppliers …

– Manage relational situations:
• Greeting
• Dealing with requests / criticism / dissatisfaction
• Expressing requests / criticism / dissatisfaction
• Saying No
• Convincing

– Greeting/welcoming and creating relationships
• First contact
• Establishing ground rules
• Listening and paying attention to emotions (deception, anger, …)

– Dealing with stress and tension with breathing

– Helping your contact to clarify his requests with Active listening

– Greeting and dealing with requests / criticism / dissatisfaction with NonViolent Communication (NVC)

– Formulating requests / criticism / dissatisfaction with NonViolent Communication (NVC)

– Knowing yourself and understanding others in order to work and function better together (Transactional Analysis)

– Structuring arguments with a 4 steps method

– Identifying needs and motivations of contacts

– Asking questions and dealing with objection

*Mainly the students will be able to :
Communicate effectively in English, Appraise the performance of a team, compose constructive personal feedback and guidance, convey powerful messages using contemporary presentation techniques, employ state-of-the-art management techniques regarding conflicts.
