Goal
At the end of the course, the student should be able to :

* Identify and explain what is/what is not a professional coaching program
* Understand the role of the HR Manager in the set up of a professional coaching program
* Understand and make use of various tools for decoding a personality
* Understand the specific behaviors applying to a coaching situation
* Understand the various types of coaching within an organization
Presentation
1. What is coaching: fields of application, methodologies, purposes, and limits
2. Designing and implementing a coaching process - from situation analysis to selecting a coach.
3. Psychological concepts and tools aimed at decrypting a personality (TA, MBTI, Enneagram…)
4. Explore and review various types of coaching (managerial, executive, teams …)
5. Learn basic skills such as active listening, questionning, exploring etc …. and practice "As a coach"
6. Get some concrete and experiential approach and learn from one another's practice.
