-Understand the history of leadership
-Understand the notion of 'meta leadership', in which leaders aim to go beyond themselves, their team, and their organization.
-Apply transformational leadership in role play
-Apply motivational theories based on basic psychological needs

-Apply the empathy loop to overcome (a) the difference between intention and imact, and (b) the ladder of inference
