Identify the differences between fast-fashion and haute couture, ready to wear collecitons: which impact on legal rules? Identify he available and most suitable legal tools to protect fashion item in different geographical areas; recognize any third party's right and therefore avoid any illicit action; assess the risk of copying or being inspired to someone's else design or brand; understand the different strategies to manufacture and trade fashion products and critically analyze them
