Goal
1) gain an awareness of the opportunities and challenges of workplace, 2) gain familiarity with theories and concepts relevant to understanding human element at work, 3) develop an understanding regarding their application in managing day to day life in the organization, 4) improve management-related skills, including reading business cases, writing, planning and organizing tasks for groups

The course is largely focused on learning key concepts and applying them to real situations. In order to help students effectively apply Organizational Behavior concepts to practical situations, a combination of lecture, case, video, and in-class exercise will be used. We will utilize these concepts to diagnose and analyze problems in organizations and determine the most effective responses and solutions to these problems.
