Objectifs
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:
By the end of this course the students should be capable of analysing and evaluating the different management styles that exist across the globe. They will be able to understand the dynamics behind these management styles and also compile a description of what are the best practices across different cultural, political and economic settings.

The course will cover the below mentioned areas in European, North-American and Asian settings:
• General organisation of enterprises
• Human Resource Management policies
• Leadership styles in companies
• Control and performance systems
Moreover, the course will cover aspects of cross-cultural management and international business such as:
• The importance of understanding cultural values
• The ability of integrating these values in organisational systems and practices
• Applying comparative management and cross-cultural management in practice
• Corporate Social Responsibility in Cross-cultural settings
