Objectifs
1) Recognize cultural values and orientations and their impact on behaviour at a personal, national and organizational level.
2) Explain the importance of the manager's role in leveraging the benefits of diversity and inclusion.
3) Differentiate between ethnocentric and ethnorelative modes of behaviour.
4) Work more respectfully and successfully in multicultural contexts by adapting their ways of thinking and behaving.
5) Begin to coach others in this approach.
6) Have a greater awareness of ESRS topics such as diversity and inclusion and non-discrimination
