Objectifs
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:

- Developing one’s capacity to work as part of a multicultural team (intercultural skills and collective intelligence)
? Acquiring and training to relational efficiency and self-assertion for public speaking
- Imagining, shaping and interpreting a drama sketch to put into practice these skills

*This would lead to the abilities of :
Successfully collaborate within an intercultural team, communicate effectively in English and share emotions, propose creative solutions, appraise the performance of a team, compose constructive personal feedback and guidance.
Présentation
*Physical gains:
Developing eye contact, ground anchoring, body language, getting a right presence on stage, enlarging and strengthening one’s diction, vectorizing one’s voice, capture the audience’s attention…

*Emotional gains:
Differentiating state and verb of action, dealing with emotions as an individual and as a character, learning how to transform and control an emotion on stage, accepting other’s emotions…

*Relational and multicultural skills gains:
Listening, respect, personal and collective creativity, accompanying other’s progress…
Managerial gains:

Knowing how to give a collective feedback, learning from others through observation, balancing the personal project and collective project, developing an intrinsic motivation, enhancing one’s capacity for action, improvising an unplanned situation, fostering the creativity and emergence of an original expression.

*For each exercise, the teacher points out the strengths of the students and give advice to improve their skills. For the group projects students will be offered to compose constructive personal feedback and guidance for their colleagues, then the teacher will adjust advices.
The teacher is available to exchange with students at any moment during the class.
