*Getting to know oneself in order to manage one's time better
- Analysing one's function/life and its priorities. Analysing one's time usage
- Identifying one's subconscious messages with the Transactional Analysis Drivers
*Principles of effective organisation
- Defining one's priorities with Eisenhower Matrix
- Planning : lists, habiting and routines, organising over the year, the month, the week and the day
*Optimising personal organisation
- Organising one's workspace, inbox, using phone efficiently, regrouping activities, practice immediate action, voiding procrastination, focusing on 80 / 20 activities, increasing energy and reducing stress, using appropriate tools
*Optimising collective organisation
- Saying No, defining your framework (behaviour and organisation rules), formulation requests, managing interruptions, delegating, balancing tasks and emotions

Évaluation
50% of the grade : participation and presentations
50 % of the grade : written final exam
For each presentation, students will be offered to compose constructive personal feedback and guidance for their colleagues, then the teacher will adjust advices.
During the class, some exercices will be commented where each student will be able to name his/her strengths and areas of improvements, the teacher will then give further advices.
Finally, the teacher is available to exchange with students at any moment during the class.
50 % of the grade : written final exam
