At the end of the course, the student should be able to :
Understand and be aware of the main concepts and latest trends in recruitment, selection, training, performance appraisal and compensation matters.
Présentation
The course will look at HR management in the fields of recruitment, selection, training and performance appraisal and compensation matters to achieve business goals with a strategic and international perpective still discussing issues encountered in participant's country.
