Objectifs
At the end of the course, the student should be able to:- understand the general principles of strategy formulation
understand the general principles of strategy formulation and international business strategy
- develop the competences to apply the basic frameworks to make effectual business decisions
- understand how to integrate in an intercultural environment
- leverage international business information to formulate solutions in complex and unfamiliar situations

Évaluation
The assessment will be based on a final exam, the realization of a group project, and participation in class. The group project will assess the ability of students to understand how the environment (business cycles, technological changes, etc.) affects organizational decisions. Students will be required to develop effectual decisions for a company operating internationally and explain them in the group project. The exam will be more focused on how students can apply and interpret theory.
