Prérequis
Given the school's curriculum, any student at the Master level in the school can play the game
Objectifs
At the end of the course, the student should be able to :
Have a global view of a company, and understand how interrelated the decisions taken at one moment and by a specific service (eg marketing) impact the rest of the company's activities. This systemic perspective is not always so obvious for the students, and playing a business game with a real-world perspective will help them to that extent
Présentation
No formal course, but a business game called "Global Challenge" edited by www.cesim.com. Students will play as teams and will have to be on campus during 4 full days to manage a virtual company. Professors ill be there to help them in taking their decisions. Computers willl be necessary (at least 2 per teams of 5 people)

Modalités

Modalités d'enseignement
Total Work load : 40 hours - Students will have to work on a presentation and will have to prepare and work on their decisions for their virtual company outside class.
Évaluation
The course will be assessed through the results that the students will get in their universe when managing their company, and through a presentation that will take place on the last day of the business game.
